Dr. Bernard Hairston, President of 100 Black Men of Central Virginia, and Bernard Whitset join Les Sinclair and Carole Thorpe to discuss the 4th Annual Black Tie Gala on Saturday, March 1 at the Boar’s Head Pavilion from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.   They tell us about this highly successful mentoring program for black male youth, as well as their M-Cube program to improve math skills for rising 5th through 8th graders, particularly in algebra.
