He adds that Nancy Hicks does not want to say anything that might jeopardize an ongoing investigation. The Fluvanna resident disappeared in 2004 for no apparent reason and with no signs of foul play. Four days later, his truck was found in an abandoned parking area on Route 29 near Route 6 in Nelson County. Someone stumbled upon his remains in Keene last week.
