The Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity has suspended its chapter at Washington and Lee University.  SAE issued a three-year suspension after 21-year-old Nicholas Perry Hansel was charged with DUI. State Police say Hansel was driving an SUV that crashed last month a few miles from Washington and Lee (pictured).  A 21-year-old woman died from her injuries and several other Washington and Lee students were injured. The December crash happened on Interstate 81 in Rockbridge County.
