Virginia’s Budget Stalemate Continues

No news is bad news out of Richmond. We still don’t have a state budget. A stalemate continues over whether to make additional Virginians eligible for Medicaid. Democrats want to expand the Medicaid rolls, and most Republicans don’t. Charlottesville Democratic Delegate David Toscano (pictured) strongly supports it.
