Lemons Selected Virginia Supreme Court Chief Justice

Donald Wayne Lemons will be the next Chief Justice of the Virginia Supreme Court. His fellow justices have chosen Lemons (pictured) to succeed retiring Chief Justice Cynthia Kinser, who will step down December 31st. Lemons has two degrees from UVA and was an assistant dean at the law school in the 1970’s.
