Virginia overcame a valiant effort from Virginia Tech, and a poor shooting night from two of its stars to earn a 57-53 win over Virginia Tech. Malcolm Brogdon and Joe Harris started the game 0-9, and 2-13 from the three point line. But the Cavaliers stayed persistent in the second half led by late threes from Justin Anderson and Joe Harris to take a stranglehold of the game. Virginia will next be in action Saturday afternoon at 2pm against Notre Dame, coverage begins at 1:30 on Saturday.
