Victim Of Fatal Crash On 250 West Identified

A Waynesboro man was killed in a collision Thursday evening on 250 West near 151, and a Charlottesville man has been charged with DUI. Albemarle Police say 75-year-old Wayne Thomas White of Waynesboro was killed in the crash that involved two cars and a tractor-trailer. Police say 55-year-ol Donovan James Webster (pictured) of Charlottesville is charged with DUI. The truck driver is not facing any charges. The accident happened just before 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
