Two people indicted for their alleged roles in the death of Kevin Wayne Quick have pleaded guilty. The Nelson County resident’s body was discovered in February in Goochland County. 49-year-old Leslie Casterlow of Manassas admitted to driving members of the 99 Goon Syndikate between Louisa and Northern Virginia, where she rented them a hotel room. Casterlow says they threw pieces of a disassembled gun out of her car but she thought it was only something used in a fight. 22-year-old Anthony White of Louisa admitted to both selling drugs for the 99 Goon Syndikate and taking part in numerous robberies. Seven other suspects are still awaiting trial.
The wife of the Scottsville man who was missing for a week says he was without medication because he can't afford since the city fired him and left him without insurance, something the Pippins hope to fight in court.
His condition has gone from critical to serious, but his body has yet to heal from multiple shark bites.
