Supervisor Against Anti-Bypass Resolution Speaks Out

Supervisor Against Anti-Bypass Resolution Speaks Out

Photo: WINA

Rivanna Supervisor Ken Boyd (pictured) questions whether the board’s new majority really wants to ease our local road congestion. Boyd is the only current supervisor who supported the Commonwealth Transportation Board when it awarded a $244 million contract for the bypass. He’s told the Schilling Show he would not be surprised if lawmakers from other areas try to pry away some of that money for their own projects.
