Two men are accused of stealing cars in the region and selling them for scrap metal. The Buckingham Sheriff’s Office says the suspects are 45-year-old Leo Thomas Herring, Jr. of Schuyler and 39-year-old Jason Todd Cash of Dillwyn. They were arrested following a lengthy stolen car investigation. Cash is charged with ten counts of grand larceny and Herring is charged with 11 counts.
