Southwest Virginia Amber Alert Canceled – Boy Found Safe

An Amber Alert from Russell County has been canceled with the safe recovery of the boy who was missing. The Russell County Sheriff’s Office says 11-year-old Lucas Guinn was found safe during a traffic stop early Friday in southwestern Virginia. The alleged abductor, 67-year-old Jimmy D. Guinn (pictured), was taken into custody without incident.
