Claire Ogilvie has been indicted by a Charlottesville grand jury. The onetime teacher is accused of attacking the wife of Delegate David Toscano. Ogilvie (pictured) faces three felony charges: entering a house armed, abduction and malicious wounding. She was arrested after Toscano’s wife was attacked inside the couple’s Charlottesville home six months ago. Ogilvie’s next court appearance will be September 17th.
The former technology executive announced on Twitter that she is suspending her campaign.
