Mineral Man Convicted Of Auto Theft

A Mineral man can expect to spend three years and seven months in prison. 26-year-old Joshua Kober has been convicted of the theft of junk cars, narcotics violations, and a probation violation. The Louisa County Sheriff’s Office says the vehicles were stolen from some vacant land after their owner passed away.
