The primary suspect in a recent homicide case has turned himself in. Avery Fernando Gray, Jr. (pictured) has surrendered to a local magistrate. The 39-year-old Gray is accused of shooting 36-year-old Oscar Brown on May 17th outside the Westhaven public housing complex. Gray’s surrender happened a couple of weeks after a Buckingham County woman was arrested for her alleged role in Brown’s activities.
