Henrico County Democratic Delegate Joe Morrissey is accused of having sex with a 17-year-old part-time receptionist at his law office. Morrissey is facing several felony charges. The onetime Richmond Commonwealth’s Attorney is accused of having supervisory indecent liberties with a minor, electronic solicitation of someone who’s underage, and the possession and distribution of child pornography.
