Republicans are celebrating this week’s special election results from Southwest Virginia. Norment hopes Governor McAuliffe will not make a “full court press” to expand the Commonwealth’s Medicaid program. Russell County GOP Delegate Ben Chafin will succeed Democrat Phil Puckett, who gave up his seat after 16 years.
