Environmentalists Highlight Fight Against Carbon Pollution

A new report highlights programs that reduce carbon pollution across Virginia. Sarah Bucci of Environment Virginia has applauded Charlottesville officials, saying they take the issue seriously. Vice-Mayor Dede Smith (pictured) says many local residents worry about emissions from out-of-state power plants that harm Shenandoah National Park.  Environment Virginia is glad the federal government is trying to limit the carbon pollution from utilities.
