DMV Wants Virginians To Take Selfies Showing Seat Belts

Take a selfie – send it to the DMV. The state agency wants you to take a picture of yourself buckled up, and it might get posted on the DMV’s Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account. Spokeswoman Sunni Brown says the DMV is encouraging seat belt usage. Brown notes half the people killed in traffic accidents over the last three years were not wearing seat belts.
