DMV Shuts Down Lovingston Office Until Further Notice

The DMV has indefinitely suspended operations at its office in Lovingston as it reviews the facility’s policies and procedures. Department spokeswoman Pam Gohen says a standard review identified some inconsistencies with further review slated to determine if any new controls are needed. Customers can use other offices in Charlottesville, Waynesboro and Amherst or conduct business online at www.dmvNOW.com.
