Democrats in the Richmond and Petersburg areas will choose a nominee this weekend for the seat of former State Senator Henry Marsh. Party members will vote from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. There are four Democratic hopefuls including Delegates Rosalyn Dance and Delores McQuinn, former Richmond Mayor Rudy McCollum, and businesswoman Gerry Rawlinson. The 80-year-old Marsh (pictured) was first elected as the 16th District State Senator in 1991. Governor McAuliffe recently appointed the former Richmond mayor to a $122,000-a-year position on the State ABC Board.
