Democratic Lawmakers Make New Push For Same-Sex Marriages

Several Democratic lawmakers want to make same-sex marriages legal in Virginia.  State Senator Adam Ebbin (D-Alexandria) wants to repeal a constitutional amendment that voters approved in 2006.  Ebbin (pictured) says many business groups support repealing the current ban. Similar campaigns to repeal the 2006 amendment have gone nowhere in the House of Delegates.
