Broncos Star Peyton Manning Speaks To UVA Class Of 2014

One of America’s best-known football players has helped the University of Virginia’s Class of 2014 make the transitition to life after college. Peyton Manning, who’s the quarterback of the Denver Broncos, was a football star at the University of Tennessee, but his wife Ashley is a 1997 alumna of UVA’s McIntire School of Commerce. Manning spoke Saturday during the university’s valedictory exercises on the Lawn. He encouraged the young men and women who will soon be Wahoo alumni they should be civil in the workplace. During the Final Exercises, UVA President Teresa Sullivan and her senior staff will award thousands of diplomas to the new graduates.
