Broken Water Main In Ivy Creek Subdivision

There was a widespread water problem Monday afternoon in the western part of Albemarle. Water flow was disrupted for customers of the Albemarle County Service Authority over a large area west of the intersection of 250 and 29. There was a break in a water main in the Ivy Creek subdivision. It originally affected residents of Ivy and several subdivisions including Farmington, Flordon, Ivy Creek, Greencroft, West Leigh and subdivisions along Owensville Road.
