Bridgewater Minister Faces Child Sex Charges

A youth pastor in the Shenandoah Valley is facing felony child sex charges. 69-year old Leonard Leroy Layman of Bridgewater is charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and four counts of indecent liberties with a child. Layman was arrested on Friday. He’s been a youth pastor at the Spring Creek Church of the Nazarene in Bridgewater. Layman will face trial in the Rockingham County Courthouse (pictured). He’s being held without bond at the regional jail in Harrisonburg.
