Bell Tries Again To Win Passage Of A Tebow Bill

Who should have the final say on whether home-schooled children can make a touchdown or play trumpet in the marching band? Middle school students can participate in extracurricular activities, but things change when kids get to high school and want to participate in something that involves interschool competition. Delegate Rob Bell (pictured) says Virginia should loosen the control of the Virginia High School League.  Bell has seen his legislation clear a House committee, but he’s had trouble getting similar measures through the State Senate.  The Albemarle Republican was a Thursday guest on the Morning News with Rick and Jane.
