An arrest has been made in connection to the Sunday night disorder in Scottsville.  Mark Lynn Gibson, who is 43 years old and lives in Scottsville, was arrested and charged with two counts of felony assault.  He received a $5,000 secured bond at his bond hearing, but as of Monday afternoon remains in custody at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail. While a 40-person mob gathered in the parking lot of a downtown convenience store after a fight on a nearby boat landing, Albemarle Police Department Spokeswoman Carter Johnson says the fight itself was between only a handful of people.
