Virginia Ranked 5th Among Top States To Do Business

Virginia has slipped in the rankings, but it still remains one of the best states in the nation to do business. The annual ratings from CNBC show South Dakota is number one followed by Texas, North Dakota and Nebraska. Virginia is tied with Utah at number five. CNBC says Virginia also ranks high in the categories of the quality of the workforce and business friendliness. But the network says Virginia needs some improvement in the cost of doing business.
