Virginia Makes It Easier For Some Felons To Get Their Voting Rights Restored

Many non-violent felons can now get their voting rights restored. Governor McDonnell (pictured) says over 100,000 felons will be added to the voter rolls by the next election. Burglary and breaking and entering have been reclassified as non-violent crimes.
