Virginia Congressman Close To Shooting Near U.S. Capitol

A Virginia congressman was close to the scene during a Thursday afternoon shooting incident outside the U.S. Capitol. A Connecticut woman died following a chase by police and Secret Service on Pennsylvania Avenue. Police do not believe it was a terrorist incident. Congressman Jerry Connolly (D- Fairfax County) talked to WUSA-TV about what he heard on the balcony of the House of Representatives.
