City Police had been looking for a man who’s accused of breaking into a residence near the University.  Now, that suspect has surrendered.  Police say 21-year-old Izaiah Lewis Scott (pictured) of the Rose Hill neighborhood turned himself in.  Scott was wanted for a burglary last month in the 100-block of Chancellor Street.  He’s charged with breaking and entering and grand larceny.  22-year-old Damon Emanuel Banks and two juveniles were also arrested in that case.
