Ric Brown is staying on as Virginia Secretary of Finance. Governor-elect Terry McAuliffe (pictured) has announced Brown’s reappointment. Brown served in the same position for Governors McDonnell and Kaine. He’s been in state government for more than 40 years. McAuliffe has also named Paul Reagan as his chief of staff. Reagan’s deputy will be Suzette Denslow, who most recently was the chief of staff for Richmond Mayor Dwight Jones. Levar Stoney, the former executive director of the state Democratic Party, will be Secretary of the Commonwealth.
