Some Voting Machines Did Not Meet State Requirements

The State Board of Elections says some voting equipment used November 5th does not meet state requirements. Board chair Charles Judd says there should be uniformity in the systems used across the state, otherwise there could be problems. Board secretary Don Palmer says some voting machines cannot reject overvotes or undervotes to allow those ballots to be inspected manually.
