Only One Suspect In Recent Beatdown Remains At Large

City Police say a second suspect in a recent malicious wounding case is now in custody. 27-year-old Litonio Jonathan Ragland turned himself in Saturday at the Regional Jail, and he’s being held without bond. 26-year-old Carlos Burton surrendered shortly after Thanksgiving. Police are still searching for 27-year-old Laraj Antonio Thomas (pictured) of Fork Union. All three men are suspects in a November 9th attack on a younger man in the 700-block of Prospect Avenue.
