Nelson Sheriff Says There’s Another Person Of Interest In Murphy Case

Nelson County Sheriff David Brooks says there’s an additional “person of interest” in the case of a missing 17-year-old girl. WTVR-6, which is the Richmond CBS affiliate, says Brooks and his investigators have wanted to contact the unnamed person ever since Alexis Murphy (pictured) vanished on August 3rd. Brooks is not providing additional information about the new “person of interest.” 48-year-old Randy Taylor was arrested six weeks ago and charged with abduction. A Nelson County grand jury is scheduled to look at the Commonwealth’s case against Taylor on Thursday.
