Madison Man Admits Stalking And ID Fraud

A former employee of the Library of Congress has pleaded guilty to federal charges of stalking and identification fraud. 61-year-old Kenneth Edward Kuban of Madison County has told a federal judge he stalked a woman in violation of a protective order and tried to disguise his true identity. Kuban admits he used the website Craigslist to intimidate his victim.┬áHe entered his pleas in the federal courthouse (pictured) on Vinegar Hill.┬áKuban could go to prison for 15 years after he’s sentenced November 15th.
