A former employee of the Library of Congress has pleaded guilty to federal charges of stalking and identification fraud. 61-year-old Kenneth Edward Kuban of Madison County has told a federal judge he stalked a woman in violation of a protective order and tried to disguise his true identity. Kuban admits he used the website Craigslist to intimidate his victim. He entered his pleas in the federal courthouse (pictured) on Vinegar Hill. Kuban could go to prison for 15 years after he’s sentenced November 15th.
