Loudoun Woman Sues Company That Arranged Doomed Flight

A Loudoun County woman has gone to court following this summer’s helicopter crash in Pennsylvania that killed her son. Crystal McKain of Leesburg has sued a company that arranges charter flights. She says the firm “negligently and recklessly” allowed a pilot fly who was not fully trained. McKain’s three-year-old son and four adults were on a helicopter that crashed on a flight from Endicott, New York, to Wyoming County, Pennsylvania.
