Guilty pleas in the fake ID operation on Rugby Road. The three defendants accused of running a fake driver’s license operation pleaded guilty today in Charlottesville federal court. Kelly Erin McPhee, Mark G. Bernardo and Alan McNeil Jones pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit identification document fraud and aggravated identity theft. They could get anywhere from two to 17 years in prison when they’re sentenced later. The house on Rugby Road was raided in May (pictured).
