Greene Chooses Loudoun Man To Be Next County Administrator

A man who’s been the Town Manager in three different Virginia communities is the next Greene County Administrator.    John Barkley will begin his new job in Stanardsville on July 8th.    Barkley is a former Town Manager in Colonial Beach and Dumfries, and now works for Round Hill in Loudoun County.    He’s the permanent successor to Barry Clark, who resigned abruptly last year.
