Global Warming Paperwork Case Moves Forward

A conservative group trying to get some documents from UVA has taken a step forward. The case deals with former professor Michael Mann’s research on global warming. They’re challenging the University’s exclusion of certain records, and the amount of money requested by UVA for the freedom of information request. The case was thrown out by a circuit court judge, but now the Virginia Supreme Court has agreed to consider it.
