An out-of-state tractor-trailer operator is facing charges after an accident that killed 80 hogs. Antonio Marquez of Goldsboro, North Carolina crashed his rig Friday morning in the northern part of Suffolk. Police say it disconnected utility lines, and blocked Route 10 for seven hours. The road was reopened mid-afternoon Friday. Marquez was not injured, but he’s been charged with reckless driving and failure to maintain control.
