The top prosecutor in Culpeper County says she won’t apologize for her remarks about most of her county’s supervisors. The Culpeper Supervisors have filed a complaint about Commonwealth’s Attorney Megan Frederick with the Virginia State Bar. Frederick is under fire for sending out emails that described most of the supervisors as corrupt and incompetent. She has told the Culpeper Star-Exponent there will be no apology, and she has no regrets.
