There was a police pursuit early Monday that started in the Northfield subdivision and ended with the arrest of a car burglary suspect. County Police got a call at around 3 a.m. about somebody breaking into cars in the 2700-block of Huntington Road. An officer saw a vehicle leaving the area of Carrsbrook Drive and Huntington Road at a high rate of speed. The driver did not stop. The car ran a stop sign at at Rio Road before crashing on Pine Haven Court where it hit a parked car, continued on the sidewalk, and then hit some brick stairs. The driver and two passengers ran away. One suspect was caught a short time later on Greenbrier Drive. Police are looking for the other two.
