Virginia has a campaign to promote adoption of foster children, and some people who chose that option say they’re glad they did. Neil Hall is a Harrisonburg area resident who’s been adopting kids for more than 20 years. Some of the youngsters Hall has adopted have special needs. Several elected officials from across our region are supporting the Virginia Adopts campaign. Delegate David Toscano and City Councilwoman Kristin Szakos have become adoptive parents. They were joined by State Senator Bryce Reeves (pictured) during a Wednesday night event.
