Antique Plane Has Accident At Louisa Airshow

A Warrenton man had a brake malfunction on his antique plane during a Saturday airshow at Freeman Field in Louisa County. State Police say Bryon Stewart’s 1929 plane ran off the runway to the left and hit an embankment before it overturned and came to rest on its cockpit. Stewart and a 17 year-old female passenger were not injured. The FAA is investigating.
