Advocates For Children Spotlight Results Of New Survey

Many Virginians are not optimistic about their children’s future. The “Strong Kids, Strong Virginia” campaign says 60% of the people it surveyed believe the government does not do enough to ensure the health, education and well-being of kids. 48% of those it surveyed believe kids will be worse off than the current generation of adults. Steve Clermont represents Every Child Matters, which is demanding responses from this year’s political candidates. Advocates for children highlighted the Strong Kids Strong Virginia poll results Wednesday on the Downtown Mall.
